A market overview of all CAFM software vendors captured in the GEFMA classification (28 vendors, as of 24.07.2026) shows that none lists a single selection criterion for outdoor spaces, green spaces, or tree registers. Even specialised outdoor-facilities market overviews with around 20 listed suppliers include zero software vendors. The green-space lifecycle thus falls between the established software categories.

The three established register/GIS solutions

natINFO Tree (a cooperation between nateco/Byron/Stadtgrün Winterthur) offers an FLL-oriented, four-tier vitality assessment and is used, among others, by the Federal Gardening Office and the City of Basel — the most direct Swiss competitor in the narrow sense.
